QUICK POSES

I like to be naked, like to move
Sturdy and graceful across the stand.
Feet firm, I bend and stretch and flow
Describing Space and demonstrating Time.
Fat and muscle, bone and mind
Here and Now I embody the Muse.
I pause, and hold, and watch an artist's face
As under her hand the drawing begins to dance.
